Yogurt Herb Dressing with Cucumber Salad

1 cup plain yogurt

2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon raw honey

1/4 cup vinegar

1 small onion

10 basil leaves

1 TBLS thyme leaves (stems removed)

2 cucumbers, diced into 1/2" pieces

 
Put all ingredients except cucumber into a blender or bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.  Toss with diced cucumbers.
